Setting up the Marketing goals of the company
Development and monitoring of the Marketing Strategy
Market Research
Customer segmentation
Identifying customers’ target groups and subgroups
Management of the Marketing Team
Development of the Marketing budget
Monitoring of the Marketing expenses
Cooperation with key stakeholders and peers to optimize the impact of Marketing efforts
The management of the company’s Public Relations
Reporting
Working closely with agencies and other vendors

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing, product, or business development roles in high-growth technology companies or professional services firms with a proven track record of delivering results
2+ years of experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech fields
Experience overseeing a budget, team, and driving accountable growth through marketing programs
Thorough understanding of the blockchain space, including an intimate understanding of historic and current blockchain marketing strategies,
Proven ability to work independently as well as with globally distributed teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated technical leadership
Ability to work in a rapid and iterative development environment
Digital advertising experience
Fluent in English
